Frank is a wrestler I have wrestled competitively, although we did exchange a few 'give and take' holds.
Frank's assets are his arms, and since he knows that I have a strength with my legs, he knows how to avoid them rather well and uses his arms to immoblize me in hammerlocks and armbars, which makes battling him a challenge :')
